How to Return or Exchange

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders" or contact our customer service team. You'll receive a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.

Package Your Items

Carefully package your items in the original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization number and any accessories that came with the item.

Ship Your Return

Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off at any UPS location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We'll exchange your item for free within 30 days. The new item will ship as soon as we receive your return.

Pro Tip: Use our sizing guide to ensure the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Color/Style Exchanges

Want a different color or style? Exchange for any item of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference.

Fast Exchange: Order your new item first, then return the original. We'll refund the difference once we receive your return.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

Items returned in used condition, without original packaging, or after 30 days may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.

International Returns
